I spend a lot of time educating the client, whether they are a first time buyer or selling their third home, it is important for me to know that they are making decisions based on as much valid information as possible.  I often hear comments that their previous agent did not communicate well with them. Communication is key to understanding your needs. 

Education:

I have a bachelor's in psychology from Keene State College and a recent masters degree in Leadership and Management from Antioch New England University.  I have my Broker's license, and have worked full time as a REALTOR for over seven years.  I teach social media workshops and design trainings customized to the non profit or small business owner's needs.  I am a part time caseworker for Adoptive Families for Children, Inc. and can appreciate working with families with children, as I have two of my own. 

Though I enjoy working with a diverse clientele, my real niche is in working with first time bueyrs.  I have a particular interest in learning more about what motivates buyers and sellers as generation X, and now Y, are entering the marketplace.  I want to provide quality service catered to the individual needs of my clients and can only do this by learning about what their needs are.

My area of practice remains within the Cheshire County region. That includes: Keene, Swanzey, Westmoreland, Chesterfield, Walpole, Marlborough, Richmond, Fitzwilliam, Winchester, Rindge, Jaffrey, Harrisville, Nelson, Stoddard, Sullivan, Surry and Gilsum. I've also sold property in Washington, Acworth, Alstead, Claremont, Dublin, Peterborough, Charlestown and Lempster.  Outside of these towns, I connect with a network of agents who are comfortable with and familiar with the area.
